Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days from order date and within 5-10 working days customer will receive their order. We are happy to offer a 10 days Return or Exchange policy for unused and unworn items. To be eligible for Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned to the original box with our invoice. The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage. If the item has been resized, altered or damaged, we won’t be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense. Note : In case you have received to a damaged product or wrong product, please intimate to Widevogue within 3 days of receiving the order. Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India. For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at widevogue@gmail.com. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) in the original mode of payment. In case of Cash On Delivery order cancellation, our support team will contact you via email and phone to get your bank account details for refunds. In case of order cancellation, there is no free shipping and shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Steps to follow to exchange / refund the product
To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Please note that we will arrange for return pickup from the original delivered address only.
